Harford County Association of Realtors, Inc Scholarship is available to Harford County students who plan to attend a Maryland college full-time, have a strong financial need, have a minimum grade point average of 2.5, and possess a strong desire to further his/her education. Scholarships are awarded on an individual per need basis.[1]
